The Guild of Speakers Clubs is committed to teaching the technique of efficacious speaking under the aegis routine and evaluation.
It does not commission professional lecturers or speakers but draws upon the practice of its membership (who contain all suffered the fears and absence of confidence themselves) to nick rate and encourage newer members.
